First step is to install FFmpeg extra codes library by using the following command:
$ sudo apt install libavcodec-extra
The Whoops, something went wrong...Netflix Video Player unavailable. Error code: F7355-error message is a result of the FFmpeg library absence. Make sure you have executed the above command command to install the libavcodec-extra package.
