Ubuntu 20.04 wallpaper slideshow step by step instructions
- Use the Software application to install
shotwellimage viewer. Alternatively execute the following command to install Shotwell:$ sudo apt install shotwell

Start shotwell image viewer application using theActivitiesmenu. -
Using your mouse select all desired images to be part of the desktop wallpaper slideshow -
While all the the images are selected click on
Fileand selectSet as Desktop Slideshow. -
Set the time between each automatic wallpaper change. Optionally, also set wallpaper slideshow to be shown on your lock screen.
Wait until the image exporting is completed and you should be all set
