  1. First step is to ensure that gnome-online-accounts is installed on our system. Install the following Linux command from your terminal window:
    $ sudo apt install gnome-online-accounts

  3. Open the settings window:
    $ gnome-control-center online-accounts
    
    Select google
    Navigate to Online Accounts tab and select Google

  11. navigate to the attached Google Drive directory
    All should be ready. To access your Google Drive simply open the default file browser and navigate to the attached Google Drive directory.
