Install Mailspring from command line

  1. Start by opening a terminal window and execution of the bellow apt command:
    $ sudo snap install mailspring
    
    All done.
  2. You can start the Mailspring using the below command:
    $ mailspring

Install Mailspring using graphical user interface



  1. Open software application
    use top left Activities menu to open the Software application.


  2. search for mailspring
    Search for mailspring application.


  3. Mailspring installation
    To begin the installation press the Install button


  4. Enter your username and password
    Enter your username and password. You user needs to belong to sudo administrative group.


  5. Start the Mailspring application
    Start the Mailspring application
